Lisa brings over 30 years of sales and operational experience in the hospitality industry to the MSC Companies team. She has worked in all areas of hotel operations for a variety of management companies, ownership groups, and brands. As General Manager, Lisa developed leadership skills that drove profitability for her hotels through revenue management, cost control, and employee acquisition and development. In addition to operations expertise, she has extensive experience in sales and marketing. Her multifarious roles include Area Manager for La Quinta Management, Certified General Manager Trainer for La Quinta Management, Regional Revenue Manager for La Quinta. Lisa also has experience with numerous flags and management companies. She continues to expand her knowledge and develop her expertise in leadership, training, mentoring, sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, financial analysis, and operations.
Lisa is a talented musician and attended college on a Piano Performance Scholarship. She teaches piano and provides music as a service project to senior/assisted care homes.
